INTRODUCTION:
Thermostable Xylanase with Optimal energy release
Xylazyme 10K is a Thermosatble Xylanase enzyme with optimal pH activity profile that that target the arabinoxylan fraction in dietary fiber. Resulting in improved digestibility and increased performance.
APPLICATION:
Xylazyme 10k is an endi-1,4- B-xylanase, which opens up the cell walls of the feedstuffs by breaking down the long chain arabinoxylan molecules to shorter xylo-oligomers so that valuable entrapped nutrients can be released for digestion.
It improves and reduces production costs by releasing nutrients, reducing digesta viscocity and the production of excessive secreations into the gut.
Reduces the variability in the feeding value of the grains,grain by-products and vegetable protein meals thus improving the litter quality and faecal consistency.

It is differentiated by its superior thermostability (upto 95°C) and higher activity retention post-pelletisation process.
